Exchange of Tickets
We regret that tickets cannot normally be refunded after purchase except where an event is cancelled. Exceptions may be made in special circumstances at the discretion of the management. You may exchange your tickets for another performance if you notify us prior to the event your tickets are valid for, so we are able to re-sell the tickets
Disabled Facilities
The Pavilion welcomes people with particular needs and is committed to ensuring your visit is as enjoyable and trouble-free as possible. There are discounts on most events for registered disabled people. Access to the auditorium is via street level, and there is a wheelchair accessible toilet adjacent to the auditorium level.

One carer will be admitted free of charge when booking in advance.

During film presentations, there is an induction loop system in operation in the auditorium for the hearing impaired.

Guide and hearing dogs are welcome.
Our Kiosk facility is open prior to each performance and during any interval for the sale of teas, coffees, snacks, cold drinks, sweets, ice creams, etc.
Latecomers are admitted at the Duty Manager's discretion and not after 15 minutes of the programme starting.
We are happy to admit Babes In Arms into a morning or afternoon performance with a U, PG or 12A certification. Admittance of Babes In Arms is allowed with a discretionary note that should any disruption to the film screening be caused by the Babe In Arms or any complaints received about the said Babe In Arms from other customers then it will be expected that the Mother & Baby in question should leave the screening immediately.
Babes In Arms means any child under 18 months of age.
Children aged 18 months+ will need to pay the full child price.
All information is correct at time of going to press. However, we reserve the right to alter these details in exceptional circumstances.
The Management reserves the right of admission.
Cinema Ticket Definitions
Concessionary tickets are available for full time students, claimants and senior citizens. You must bring proof of status to the cinema.
We define these categories as follows:
Students are those in secondary and higher education with a valid student card.
Claimants are the unemployed and those on income support with valid written proof of status.
Senior Citizens are those in receipt of Government State Pension.
Child tickets are for under 15s only.
You may be asked for proof of age which needs to be photographic ID with a date of birth. Suitable proof includes a passport, valid UK driving license or a Student Card
